Paul Haung the Deputy Director of the NOAA Tsunami Warning Center in Palmer Alaska has given the RescuePod his personal endorsement and recommendation for people who are unable to evacuate to high ground in the event that the Cascadia fault triggers a Tsunami.  Dr. Huang is a former physics professor at West Point and expert in the field of Tsunamis.  We truly thank Dr. Haung for his personal recommendation of our RescuePod Tsunami Survival Shelter but we both stress this as only a plan B.  If you are capable of getting to high ground get to high ground.  If you do not have high ground close by or cannot move in a hurry we hope that you would consider us for your plan B.  Be Safe, Be Prepared.
